Definitions

  • Service refers to the services we provide.
  • User refers to anyone who uses our service.
  • Shifto refers to our copmany; our site, our service or a combination of all or some of the preceeding definitions, depending on the context in which the word is used.
  • You refers to you, the person who is entering into this agreement with Shifto.

Data collected

Profile information:

If you register for our service, we store your given name, surname, chosen username, email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can view and edit your personal information at any time.

Schedule information:

We store your "schedule data", as provided by you. This includes (but is not limited to) shift & event names, start/end times and dates. We use this information to provide service to you, your friends and group members.

Data location

All data is stored within Microsoft Azure data-centers in Australia.

Data access

Service administrators may access any of the above data in order to provide support, or retrieve platform analytics data.

We don't want to share your data with third-party providers, but sometimes we have to share limited information for our services to work. These providers are:

Purchase information

Your purchase information is stored on RevenueCat, along with your User ID. This is so when you log into Shifto on a new device, we can unlock features automatically without you having to click Restore Purchases.
